Industry: Vertically Integrated Manufacturer in National Direct Sales Distribution


Reports To: CEO


Best Fit Background:            Direct Sales in Science or Engineering Based Industries

Valued Designations:            B.S., M.S., Ph.D., CLS


Experience Required: Minimum of five years industrial experience; U.S. Citizen.


Strengths Required: Integrity, Detail Oriented, Business Focus, Strong Work Ethic/Determination, Delegator, Owner Attitude


Career Path: natural progression is to an Executive VP, COO or CEO position and Ownership.


Position Expectations and Environment: This individual will be the hands-on leader of Direct Sales Marketing efforts and brand development for Hydrotex Partners, Ltd.  The company is a privately held, 80+ year old Dallas company, re-engineered in 1999.   The company has more than 2,000 active customers and more than one hundred employees and agents throughout the United States and is employee owned.  The company operates as a collaborative group and expects high tech, high touch solutions in both internal and external issues.  Growth is achieved by focusing on best fit customer sustainability and operational reliability in major markets where lubrication excellence and energy management programs offer great advantages to the thoughtful user.
