Industry: Lubricant Manufacturer in National Distribution. The company is well established and employee owned. It is headquartered in DFW and owns a manufacturing facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Reports To: Vice President of our Food Processing Division
Preferred Experience: 7+ Years of technical support and/or industrial B2B sales experience in food processing or packaging.
Competencies Desired: Knowledge of Sustainable Operations, FDA GMPs & SOPs, Systemic Problem Solving, Value Added Consumable Technical Sales, OEM relationship management, Service Technician Training, ROI Modeling and Collaborative Management Execution.
Career Path: Natural progression is to Director Staff position or Division Partner.
Expectations of the position incumbent: This individual will be a hands-on participant in lubricant sales and brand development in the Food Processing industry under the direction of a successful leader. After a period of cultural orientation with product and lubrication technology training, this individual will support the VP of Sales – Food Processing in growing our Hydrotex business in the market segment in the U.S. Individuals in our organization are expected to be mission driven, ethical, analytical, creative and proactive.
Environment: The company is privately held and has more than two hundred employees and agents throughout the United States. It is based in Dallas. The company operates as a collaborative group and expects high tech, high touch solutions of both internal and external issues. The individual is expected to understand and operate under the company’s Mission Statement and according to its stated values. This individual will be expected to travel approximately 50% of the time within the United States and to be home on weekends. This is a new position.
