Position Description – VP Sales & Brand Management for an established Lubricant Manufacturer in National Distribution

Market Target:  Heavy Construction Equipment Operations and Maintenance

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Preferred: Heavy Equipment & Fleets, Power & Transmission Systems, Lubricant Selection, Fuel Management, Mechanical System Problem Solving, Value Added Consumable Technical Sales, Prospecting and Closing, National Account and OEM relationship management, Service Technician Training

Career Path: Natural progression is to Executive VP position or Division Partner.

Expectations and Environment: This individual will be a hands on leader of lubricant sales and brand development in the Heavy Construction Equipment and Fleet maintenance industry.  The company is privately held and has more than two hundred employees and agents throughout the United States.  It is based in Dallas.  The company operates as a collaborative group and expects high tech, high touch solutions of both internal and external issues. This individual will be expected to travel approximately 50% of the time within the United States and to be home on weekends.  This position is open due to re-structuring.
