The Hydrotex Division Partner (DP)
The Division Partner is the focus of the Hydrotex Operations at the local level; this is a full-time, strategic position and is tied directly to our growth model. Acting as a local President and CEO, the DP develops and directs all sales, marketing, customer service, recruiting, training and logistics in the area.
An ideal candidate for this position is defined by entrepreneurial excellence and success. The Division Partner embodies the spirit of leadership, integrity, trust, independence, success, drive, stability and teamwork.
The Hydrotex Lubrication Consultant (LC)
The Lubrication Consultant is a dedicated, full-time, commercial industrial field consultant. The LC targets specific market segments in a geographic area. In collaboration with the local DP, the Lubrication Consultant generates new leads, services existing customers and increases market share in the territory.
An ideal candidate for this position demonstrates a tremendous drive and love of outside sales. The LC is typically a very entrepreneurial-minded individual who has an intense desire to succeed in owning a business. The Hydrotex LC is not a product sales representative, but a Lubrication Consultant who can analyze unique issues and develop superior solutions.
The Hydrotex Associate (HA)
This position allows an individual to join the Hydrotex Team as a part-time field consultant. The HA focuses on the agriculture industry and can represent other noncompetitive product lines in addition to the Hydrotex Solutions. Working with the local DP, the HA focuses on agriculture prospects in an assigned area.
The ideal HA is looking for additional income and has an existing network and relationships in the agriculture arena.
