This elite group of professionals represents the best of Hydrotex. We designed the HyPerformance Club to reward the field and their loved ones for achieving excellence and exceeding expectations. This club was founded in 1964 and is the pinnacle of outstanding consultative sales performance. Membership is exclusive and requires reaching a sales dollar amount in personal or area sales. Everyone has an opportunity to join the HyPerformance Club!
We recognize our HyPerformance Club members each year at our Annual Meeting. As Hydrotex VIPs, these individuals receive honorary recognition and treatment and rewards such as Hydrotex trucks, cash bonuses and a ticket to the Fantasy Trip.
We recognize the Hydrotex Superstars each week based on exceeding revenue and new business goals. In addition, we track consecutive weeks and give awards to those individuals who consistently reach this level of excellence. It’s just another way that Hydrotex says thank you for hard work and dedication.
Each year, the Hydrotex Team heads to Dallas, Texas to catch up with old friends and meet new people, to recognize the Hydrotex Superstars and to learn more about the Lubrication Industry and ways to increase sales. The meeting is designed to be fun, to educate and to honor the year's top performers. Everyone looks forward to this annual event and goes away feeling rejuvenated and excited about a new year with Hydrotex.
We offer the most current industry training for our independent contractors and our customers. Our intense 4-day program covers all facets of the Lubrication Industry. Attendees will walk away with a plethora of information armed with the knowledge required to develop solutions and identify problems in the field.
The Hydrotex Mobile Training Unit (AKA "The Professor") is our classroom on wheels. This big red truck can be seen rolling throughout the United States and making stops at customer sites, conventions and events. We utilize The Professor to take our superior training programs on the road to insure that the in-depth Hydrotex training can be attended by people across the country.
We have also developed an extensive Hydrotex Consultative Selling program that details the steps and provides the tools to become a powerful Field Consultant and Partner with your customers.
In addition, we are continually researching and writing white papers, technical data sheets and providing other pertinent information and tools to insure that the Hydrotex Field is current and up-to-date on the trends and news in our industry and market segments.
