Hydrotex is headquartered in Farmers Branch, Texas and is an employee owned company; we celebrate being a leading manufacturer of High Performance Lubricants and Fuel Improvers.  We help our customers save energy, limit pollution, improve operational reliability and improve safety for employees and families.  Our products and services leverage over 70 years of innovation resulting in superior lubricant solutions and high touch customer service. 

Our goal is to continue to be recognized as the Industry Leader in the United States in the Marketing of High Performance Lubricants and Fuel Improvers.  We will provide these solutions to all significant general market segments and will continue to provide innovative solutions and superior products which save energy, limit pollution, improve operational reliability and improve safety for employees and families.

We were founded in 1936, making us one of the oldest and most respected firms in the field.  During the early years, Hydrotex sold a line of protective coatings, such as roof coating, sealants and paint. In 1980 Hydrotex purchased Majestic Lubricating Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma, which is now our manufacturing facility.
